The strategist who chose the soul.
I help soul-led women in business find the one honest direction through everything they're carrying, and build the plan that finally moves with them rather than against them. I bring both the strategic mind of a decade in business operations and the grounded presence of years of embodiment practice. You don't have to choose between the two. Neither do I.

MY STORY
I have never been good at fitting into
someone else's idea of how things should be done.
Not in corporate, where I climbed well but always felt a ceiling - not of title or responsibility, but of meaning. Of depth. Of being able to use my gifts the way I actually wanted to use them, not the way a role description decided for me. I wanted freedom. I wanted to travel, to set my own rhythm, to build something genuinely mine. I wanted my work to matter in a way I could feel directly, not filtered through layers of hierarchy and metrics.
So when the moment came to step out, I stepped out. No roadmap. No safety net. No one around me who thought it was a good idea. Quite the opposite. Freelancing online wasn't even a common concept yet; this was ten years ago. But I had complete certainty I would figure it out. So I did. I learned everything from scratch - all the ins and outs of building and running an online business - and never looked back.
That decision taught me something I now see in nearly every woman I work with: the vision is always there before the clarity on how to execute it. The courage to trust it comes first. The plan comes after, but only when it's built around who you truly are.
That leap brought me into the world of coaches and visionary entrepreneurs. For several years, I worked as an Online Business Manager. I was genuinely good at it. I understood systems, planning, structure. I could take the chaos inside a business and give it order. I helped people build what they had been struggling to build alone.
But something kept happening in those client relationships that I didn't expect. The moments that lit me up were not the operations alone. They were the moments when a client's shoulders dropped, and she could finally relax. When the chaos settled, and she could breathe again, knowing someone had her back and the path forward was clear. That feeling of calm, of not being alone in it - that's what I was always really building toward. I was holding people's souls while helping them build their structure. I just hadn't yet found the courage to call it what it was.
Because alongside all of this - the business, the planning, the client work - I had been walking a different path entirely. For over a decade, I had been learning to listen to my inner voice and come home to my body. Qi Gong. Reiki. Breathwork. Meditation. Practices that asked me not to think my way to the answer but to feel it, to drop out of the anxious, spinning mind and into a quieter place where what the soul already knows can finally surface.
I learned that you cannot build a business that truly fits you from the outside in. You have to start from the soul, and let the structure grow from there.
The calling to do something bigger had been sitting inside me for years before I had the courage to step into it. It took sitting with my own overwhelm. My own scattered ideas and too many directions. My own fear of getting it wrong, of being seen fully, of stepping out of a role I had been good at and into something I couldn't yet see clearly. I had to walk my own version of the path I now walk with the women I guide.
And when I finally stepped into it - when I allowed myself to be both the strategist and the soul guide, both the planner and the one who trusts what can't yet be justified - something settled in me that had never settled before. Not because I had finally figured it out. But because I had finally stopped pretending I was only half of what I am.
Now I bring all of it into this work. The strategy and the soul. The structure and the embodiment. The years of building business foundations and the decade of learning to listen inward. I guide soul-led women who are ready to stop carrying their vision alone, through clarity that is felt, not just decided, and structure that holds the soul rather than replacing it.
The woman I work with best has been in motion for a while. She has sold before. She believes in what she's building. But somewhere between the vision and the weekly list, something keeps breaking down, and she starts wondering if the problem is her. It isn't. I know this place. I've lived versions of it. And I know that what she needs isn't another framework to fit herself into. She needs someone to help her find the thread that's actually hers, and build from there.
MY APPROACH
Soul meets structure.
Always in that order.
Every session moves through three layers - not as a rigid formula, but as a natural arc from inner knowing to outer action. The depth of each layer shifts depending on you, where you are, and what the session calls for.
THE WHY
Soul +
Embodiment
We begin by landing, moving you out of the spinning mind and into the body, where your truth already lives. When it serves, I draw on somatic practices, breathwork, Qi Gong, or simply slowing down. This is not separate from the business work. It is where the business work becomes possible.
THE WHAT
Clarity
Deep, intuitive listening that surfaces what you can't yet see in yourself. Your vision, your gifts, your unique thread, your next honest step. We name it in your language — not mine, not a framework's. The clarity that emerges here is yours to keep, not mine to give.
THE HOW
Structure +
Momentum
What has become clear now takes real, workable shape. A written plan grounded in your energy and rhythm. Priorities you can actually follow. Concrete next steps with real momentum behind them. This is where soul becomes structure — and where your vision finally begins to live in the world.
The embodiment layer shows up differently for every woman. For some, it's a central part of the work. For others, it's a light undercurrent that simply changes the quality of presence in the room. I follow what the session needs and who you are. What's consistent is this: we always work from the inside out.
ME, BEYOND THE WORK
The woman I guide is
not so different from me.
Here is who I am when I step away from the work - because who I am outside of it is the same as who I am inside it.
I need space to breathe, feel, and realign.
My time alone is not a luxury. It is how I stay grounded, clear, and connected to myself. It is where I reset, listen inward, and come back to what truly matters. Without it, I lose the thread. I suspect you know this feeling too.
I am naturally drawn to practices that bring me into presence.
Meditation, breathwork, quiet reflection, and conversations about life, purpose, and consciousness. I love exploring questions like "Why are we here?" and hearing how others make sense of their inner world.
When I am searching for clarity, I trust my intuition.
Sometimes that comes through stillness. Sometimes through symbolic tools - I love working with Tarot cards. Not to predict, but to reflect, feel, and reconnect to what is already inside me.
Travel is one of my deepest teachers.
It fuels my curiosity, resets my nervous system, and allows me to build real connections with people and cultures around the world. It is where I find inspiration, new perspectives, and the kind of clarity that only comes when you step outside your ordinary life.
What moves me most is real connection.
The kind where we drop the masks and meet each other as humans. No performance, just honest presence, and authenticity. That is also what I bring to every session.
I honour the rhythms of life.
New Moon and Full Moon rituals, supported by crystals and intention, help me release what no longer serves me and make space for what wants to grow. These are not superstitions, but a practice of listening. Of staying in conversation with something larger than the day-to-day.
None of this is separate from my work. It is the foundation of how I hold space, see patterns, and help others find their clarity. The woman I work with best is often a version of me: sensitive, soulful, full of vision and purpose, and learning to trust that who she is, is exactly enough to build something extraordinary.
