What happens in the session
We begin with a short embodiment practice - Qi Gong, breathwork, or somatic grounding - to move you out of the anxious, spinning mind and into the body, where clarity lives.
Then we go deep into what is alive in you. I listen, ask the questions that open doors, and hold up a clear mirror to what I see - your vision, what wants to move next, and what is getting in the way of it. Together, we find your next clear business step.

Month 1 — Soul & Clarity
This is where we begin, not with strategy, but with you. Your vision, your sensitivity, your gifts, your fears. We create the space to see it all clearly, without rushing to build anything yet. This foundation is the most important work we do together, because everything that follows grows from here. We move at the pace your soul needs, and we don't leave this ground until it feels solid.
This month, we focus on: vision, ideal client, and your unique positioning, in your own words.
Month 2 — Vision Into Form
With a clear foundation beneath us, we begin giving your vision a real shape. We explore what wants to be created, and we design your offers from the inside out. We also work with your voice and the fear of being seen, gently and honestly, so that stepping into visibility feels like coming home rather than performing.
This month, we focus on: offer design, your authentic voice, and showing up without shrinking.
Month 3 — Structure & Momentum
Everything that has emerged and clarified now gets grounded into something you can actually carry forward. A plan built around your energy and rhythm, not a rigid agenda, but a living structure that holds your vision and gives it direction. You leave not with a finish line, but with a real, grounded beginning.
This month, we focus on: your 90-day action plan, clear priorities, and the momentum to move forward with confidence.
What this journey is
This is not a programme where you race through a curriculum and arrive at the end with a completed business. It is a held, spacious container where you are guided through the most important work, at a pace that honours who you are.
The structure gives us direction. Your soul sets the speed.
By the time we reach the end of our three months, most women find they have moved further than they expected, not because they were pushed, but because they finally felt safe enough to move.
