This Package is for coaches, therapists, and spiritual teachers that are ready and looking to grow their business, but they lack clarity around priorities and what they should focus on next to ensure scalability. Having a clearly defined plan and a complete outlook of the priorities for the year ahead is just what they need.

With this Package you get:

• An Annual Plan containing all of the goals projected for the year ahead, their priority, and their current status

• A Year at a Glance Overview of the goals to focus on each quarter for the year ahead

• A 90 Day Planning Report that includes the top 3 priorities, timeline, resources needed, and the next steps for the next 90 Days

• A detailed project plan for one of the top 3 priorities of the first 90 Days, that will be added in the PM tool as a ‘central’ location

• A Metrics Sheet for the top 3 priorities

This Package is for coaches, therapists, and spiritual teachers that are looking to streamline their client onboarding process. This can include anything from improving and automating a process that maximizes the current business resources, to creating and setting up a new automated process in a new system that delivers an excellent client experience.

With this Package you get:

•  1-2 SOPs documenting the Onboarding Process clearly outlining all the steps in the process. 

• A fully set up (automated) process, including a recommendation of the best platform to use for the onboarding (according to the needs of the business and budget), the technical setup, and the payment and scheduler setup. 

• As a bonus, you will get a training video for you and/or your team on how to use the system and all the steps required.
